Archived Scripts

Printing scripts automatically locks the script and moves it to the archived screen. Prescriptions can be quickly found at a later date for ease of generating repeats, and as a quick way to compile new scripts.

Have you ever used a script pad before? This ‘digital paper’ looks and feels like traditional prescription stock. No more tedious typing with your back turned to the patient. State of the art digital ink recognisers quickly transform hand-writing into clearly legible typed text, almost as if being transcribed by a personal assistant!

Create A New Prescription

• New or repeat prescriptions can be created express by starting from an archived prescription as a template

Picking Medication

• Preferred drugs appear simultaneously as you write on the screen, all while you are conversing with your patient.
• Loaded with extensive drug database (PBS/Non-PBS), and provision to add your own drug entries.

Picking Patient

• Simply begin writing the patients first or last name and the rest of their information will appear! All patients are stored in the system for ready access at any time.

Printing

Printing prescriptions made simple. Limited to 3 drugs per script, multiple scripts are quick as patient details need only be entered once. Just point Prescription Magic to your printer loaded with standard prescription stock and it is automatically printed in duplicate as per the regulations.

• Print a single prescription by clicking Print while the prescription is open.
• Print multiple scripts at once. Simply select multiple scripts from the drafts list and click print.
